Logging In#

Step 1: Accessing the Organization Subdomain

Upon successful activation of your account and updating of your password, navigate to your Organization’s subdomain (org-name.ConverSight.ai) to access the platform’s features and capabilities.

Step 2: Entering your E-mail address and Password

To log in to the platform, enter your email address, password and select the Login button.

Step 3: Selecting the Organization

From the SELECT ORG drop-down menu, select your Organization’s name and then click Login to enter the ConverSight platform.

NOTE
To access your Subdomain platform, it's essential to select the correct organization from the Select Org section. Failure to do so will result in restricted access.

First-Time Login to ConverSight#

If you are logging into ConverSight for the first time, you will receive a welcome email upon registration with a temporary password. Use this password to log in for the first time.

If your temporary password has expired, click on the “Click here to generate one link provided on the login page to generate a new password.

User Menu#

User Menu is a centralized navigation tool that provides users with quick access to essential account-related functionalities and settings. It typically includes options such as managing personal profile information, changing password, configuration, impersonate, preferences and logging out of the system. This menu serves as a convenient hub for users to navigate and maintain control over their accounts and interactions within the platform.

My Profile#

My Profile typically refers to the section where users can view and manage their personal information. It provides comprehensive details such as first name, last name, email ID, mobile number, display number and designation. Users can manage personal details like name, phone number and password, but it’s important to note that email cannot be edited independently.

Change Password#

The Change Password section allows users to update their current password. Users have the option to view their current password and if desired, replace it by entering a new password. The change is then confirmed by re-entering the new password, ensuring a secure and precise update of login credentials.

Information	Description
Current Password	The user’s existing password, required for authentication before changing to a new password.
New Password	The user’s desired new password, to replace the current one. The password must consist of a minimum of 8 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one numeric character and one special character (!, @, #) included.
Confirm Password	A confirmation of the new password, ensuring accuracy and preventing typing errors.

Configurations#

Enabling the configuration section grants users access to the sidebar, where they can navigate to various features. The sidebar includes sections such as Data Workbench, AI Workbench, Flow Space, Infrastructure Management, MLOps and Security. These options offer the ability to customize and manage different aspects according to the requirement.

Impersonate#

The Impersonate option allows users to request access to assume the identity and access privileges of another user. It contains,

Request for Access:#

The Request for Access defines the information required for initiating an impersonation request.

Information	Description
Email Address	Input field where the user specifies the email address of the user they wish to impersonate.
Message	Input field where the user can provide an optional message accompanying the request for access.

Once completed click on the Request button to submit your request for access to impersonate the specified user.

Requested Users:#

The Requested Users section displays details like name, email, message, expiration time and action for users who have sent requests.

Preferences#

The preferences section allows users to customize their experience within the platform according to their preferences. In this section, users can adjust settings such as to ignore zero values and preferred landing page.

Preference	Description
Ignore Zero	By enabling this option, users can choose to ignore zero values across all over the data.
Preferred Landing Page	Users can set a preferred landing page after logging in, choosing between Insights or Storyboard.

Launch Product Guide#

The Launch Product Guide is a quick-access feature designed to give users a streamlined, step-by-step overview of the platform’s core functionalities. With this guide, users can embark on a brief but comprehensive journey through each major component, gaining insights into key tools, features and workflows that power their experience. This guide serves as an on-demand walkthrough, ensuring users have the knowledge needed to navigate and maximize the platform’s capabilities efficiently.

Logout#

The logout option provides users with the ability to securely exit the account session.

Embed Athena#

Embed Athena is designed to seamlessly integrate Athena into external applications, enabling users to incorporate Athena functionality into their own platforms. This allows users to access and interact with Athena’s capabilities directly from their preferred tools or systems, enhancing accessibility and usability.
