Users can ask queries by clicking on the Athena icon.

All insights from the Insights page will also appear as queries in Athena, meaning they will be listed in the chat history.

Users can conveniently access the FAQ section displayed on the right side of the chat window, showcasing popular questions relevant to various functionalities within Athena. Each FAQ entry provides concise and clear answers covering a wide range of topics related to Athena’s functionalities.

Additionally, users can utilize the search bar to quickly locate specific questions or topics, enhancing their ability to find relevant information effortlessly. The FAQs are presented in an easy-to-navigate format, allowing users to browse through questions or expand specific entries for more detailed responses. The FAQ section is also regularly updated based on user interactions and emerging queries, ensuring that the information remains relevant and useful.

Insights Alert#

The Insights Alert is a powerful feature within the platform, designed to keep users informed about critical events and conditions in their data. It allows users to set up customized notifications based on specific criteria, ensuring they are always updated on significant changes or anomalies in their datasets. To initiate the Insights Alert feature, users can navigate to Athena Chat. This feature is particularly effective for monitoring performance, trends or anomalies.

The Insights Alert feature is available exclusively for insights that deal with quantified metric values. Upon successful setup, users will receive real-time alerts, keeping them proactive in responding to trends and changes.
