Athena
Chart Rule Enhancements: Chart configuration has been enhanced to deliver even more relevant and accurate visualizations. Users now receive the most suitable charts for their queries directly from Athena, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive insight experience.
Explorer
Favorites Retain POP Information: Favorites now preserve Period-over-Period (POP) data, ensuring that saved views maintain their analytical context and time comparison settings.
Null Filter Support on Date Columns (V1 Athena): Users can now apply filters for null or missing date values in Athena V1 without encountering errors, improving data completeness and reporting flexibility.
Sorted Column View in Explorer: Explorer columns are now automatically sorted alphabetically, simplifying navigation and helping users find metrics or dimensions faster.
Multiple GroupBy Support for Date Fields: In Explorer, users can now apply multiple group-by options for date columns. Previously, only one group-by (e.g., month or quarter) could be selected at a time — now, multiple date hierarchies can be applied simultaneously, enabling richer, multi-period comparisons and deeper analysis.
Storyboard
Two-Column Filter View Optimization: Enhanced the two-column filter layout to provide a smoother and more intuitive user experience. The improved design makes it easier for users to navigate and apply filters quickly, ensuring faster access to relevant insights.
Retry Mechanism for Story Generation API: Introduced automatic retry logic in the story generation API, ensuring that temporary connection or server issues no longer interrupt story creation or analytics workflows.
Drill-Down with Filters: Resolved an issue where filtered values were not being retained during drill-down actions across storyboards, ensuring filters now remain consistent and accurate in all views.
Customer Email
Email Notifications with Correct Domain URL: Email links now include the appropriate domain instead of the base app URL, ensuring users are directed to the correct environment.
Demand Forecast
Improved Post-Search Visibility: Added record counts after applying search filters in both the Analysis and Forecast screens, giving users instant context on filtered data volumes.
Filter Display in Data Setup: Active filters are now visibly displayed in the data setup section, improving transparency during configuration and analysis.
Accurate Top-Select Behavior: The “Select All” option now correctly applies only to filtered items, preventing accidental selection of unrelated records.
Persistent Forecast Adjustments: Adjustments made in the Forecast screen are now saved only when explicitly confirmed, preventing accidental data overwrites.
V2 Dataset Restriction: Restricted forecasting datasets to Version 2, ensuring compatibility and consistency across all forecasting modules.
Color Indicators for Forecast Scores: Forecast scores now display color-coded indicators in the grid view, allowing users to identify performance trends instantly.
Highlight Overrides in Forecast Models: Cells with overridden models are now highlighted visually, making it easier to track manual adjustments.
Scenario Cloning: Added the ability to duplicate forecast scenarios, enabling users to experiment with different assumptions or strategies without recreating data.
Multi-Model Preview: Users can now preview results from multiple models for a single row within the Analysis tab, enhancing comparative forecasting capabilities.
Substitute Dimension Selection: Introduced flexibility to choose substitute dimensions, helping users handle data variations or alternate analytical perspectives.
API Improvements for Demand Forecast: Enhanced API performance and response handling to support faster, more accurate forecasting with better scalability.
Infrastructure
Improved Stream Write Performance: Optimized the stream write process in py_cssdkd to enhance data transfer speed and stability, ensuring smoother and more efficient data handling.
Lazy Registration Support: Introduced lazy registration in py_cssdk, allowing on-demand initialization to improve performance and reduce startup time for lightweight operations.
